Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We know it can be frustrating when an online purchase is not quite right. We aim to maintain a clear and customer-friendly return, refund, and exchange process.
Please read the product details, size, material, finish, and design information carefully before confirming your order.
WRONG ITEM / DAMAGED PRODUCT / INCORRECT SIZE / INCOMPLETE PRODUCT
If your product is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as per the order details, we will be happy to offer one of the following alternatives after verification:
- Replacement with the correct product; or
- Exchange for an alternative product of equal value; or
- Refund of the amount paid by you.
In any of the above cases, contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing conqrshop.com@gmail.com. Please include your order details and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
After reviewing the details, we may schedule a return pickup or request further information. Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality check to confirm that the issue is our responsibility and not caused by misuse, mishandling, installation damage, or abuse outside our control.
Once the returned product passes quality check and is received unused and in its original packaging condition, an exchange/refund will be processed.
In case of incomplete products or missing parts in the package, the missing parts may be sent after verification from our end.
NO RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
We ensure that only quality products are shipped to customers. However, these being art and decor products, slight variations in appearance, color, texture, finish, and print may occur. Colors shown on the website are made as close as possible to the real product, but they may vary depending on screen brightness, display settings, and device type.
Return/refund/exchange will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Did not like the quality, look, finish, or design after delivery.
- Product does not match the customer’s home decor or personal expectation.
- Size not as per requirement, when the selected/order size was supplied correctly.
- Changed mind after placing or receiving the order.
- Did not fully understand the dimensions, design, look, or product details from the listing.
- Product is no longer needed or wanted.
- Damage caused during handling, installation, or use after delivery.
- Product returned without original packaging or in used/damaged condition.
- Customized or made-to-order products, unless damaged or incorrect due to our error.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order without any extra cost, provided the order has not already moved into production, customization, packing, or dispatch.

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
If any advance payment is collected for a partial COD or special order and the customer refuses delivery or cancels after dispatch/production, the advance amount may not be refunded.
REFUND TIMELINE
Approved refunds are usually processed after product verification. The final credit timeline may depend on your bank, payment gateway, card issuer, wallet, or UPI provider.
